【中文摘要】 试验结果表明, 现蕾划口后经蹲蕾、促长,当菌盖直径达2～3cm 时, 采取三级变温和降温排湿措施,可有效防止死菇、菇丁, 抑制菌盖开伞, 花菇率达98-02 % , 爆花占94-95% 。

【英文摘要】 The results of experiments showed that restraining and then forcing the growth of primordium after its formation and hole cutting,taking the measures of thrice-grade variations of temperature and lowering humidity when the diameter of pileus reached 2～3cm,could prevent formation of died and small,dried Lentinus edodes and restrain the pileus opening;the rate of "Huagu"was up to 98 02%.The best"Huagu"made up 94 95%.
