【中文摘要】 灵芝孢子粉称样量与孢子计数(血球计数板法)的回归分析结果表明,两者显著相关。在此基础上建立了灵芝破壁孢子粉破壁率的检测方法。破壁率48.9%的标准样品,日内相对标准偏差(RSD,n=14)为10.34%,回收率(mean±SD,n=14)为94.9%±9.81%;破壁率68.8%、80.0%和90.6%的标准样品,日内相对标准偏差(RSD,n=10)分别为4.14%、3.43%和2.22%,回收率分别为101.2%±4.2%、98.76%±3.39%和99.73%±2.21%(mean±SD,n=10)。

【英文摘要】 Hemocytometer measurement based on the high degree of correlation between the spore mass and spore nos. has been developed for the determination of sporoderm-broken rate of Ganoderma lucidum. With the standard sample of 48.9% sporoderm-broken rate, the relative standard deviation of the recovery broken rate and the average recovery rate were proved to be 10.34% and 94.86%±9.81%(mean±SD, n=14)resp.. With the standard samples of 68.8%、80.0%and 90.6% sporoderm-broken rate, the relative standard deviations of the recovery broken rates and the average recovery rates were proved to be 4.14%, 3.43%, 2.22% and 101.2%±(4.2%, 98.76%)±3.39%, 99.73%±2.21%(mean±SD, n=10) resp..
