【英文摘要】 Four different media for growing Coprinus comatus strain CC16-8 in submerged culture were screened and subjected to orthogonal testing according to L_ 9 (3 4 ). Data revealed the optimum medium composition (adjusted to pH 8.0) to be: sucrose 3%, corn powder 2%, wheat bran 4%, KH_ 2 PO_ 4 0.1% and MgSO_ 4 ·7H_ 2 O 0.05%. Mycelium dry weights using this medium reached 8.63 g/L after submerged culture for 7.5 d.
