【中文摘要】 曾报告过中国拟青霉(CN80—2)的药理作用,本文仅报告它与生育调节有关的实验结果:1.雄性小鼠以CN80—21.08g/kg×14d灌胃(PO)后,再与雌性小鼠合笼交配,结果怀孕率与胎仔数均低于对照组;2.小鼠妊娠第1天起给药(PO)CN80—2 20/kg×7d,有显著的抗着床作用(P<0.01);3.实验证明CN80—2有极显著的抗雌激素活性(P<0.001);4.大鼠给予CN80—2(剂量方法同小鼠)后,其血将雌二醇浓度明显降低而血浆孕酮浓度仅轻度下降;5.小鼠给予CN80—2 80g/kg一次灌胃,无明显毒牲。

【英文摘要】 The experiment explores the effect of Cn80—2 on fertility regulation. The experimental results are: 1) Cn80—2 caused an obvious reduction of pregnancy rate and there was a lessening in the number of fetuses in female mice when the male were fed with Cn80—2 orally at the dose of 1.0 g/kg daily for 14 days before their copulation. 2) Cn 80—2 had a remarkble antiimplantation effect in mice at the dose of 20 g/kg p. o. daily for 7 days from the 1st day of pregnancy on. The tests of estrogenic and antiestrogenic activity indicated that tie Cn 80—2 had a remarkable antiestrogenic activity, but no estrogenic activity. 3) After the drug was given p. o. to rats at the dose of 20 g/kg daily for 7 days the plasma concentration of estradial was significantly reduced while that of the progesterone declined only slightly. 4) No apparent toxicity was found in mice with a single dose of 80 g/kg per os.
