【中文摘要】 云南是我国野生食用菌资源最丰富的省份,素有"食用菌王国"之称。从资源开发利用的角度,分析了云南食用菌产业的市场现状,提出了云南菌业大发展需建设大市场的观点。

【英文摘要】 Yunnan is the province which has the most abundant edible fungi resource.It deserve the good name of"The kingdom of edible fungi".This paper analyses the current markets in the industry of edible fungi in Yunnan from the view of exploitation and utilizing resources,meanwhile points out the developmental direction of edible fungi industry in Yunnan.
