【中文摘要】 通过改造日本当地蔬菜温棚,采用棚顶喷水降温的方式来调控温度,菌草栽培鹿角灵芝适宜温度17℃～22℃,CO2浓度尽可能高,鹿角灵芝菌丝满袋需51d,从开袋至原基形成需9d,第一潮灵芝采收需26d,其后让菌丝恢复10d,第二潮灵芝采收需32d,鹿角灵芝平均长度31cm,单芝平均干重19g,单袋干芝产量86g。

【英文摘要】 By spraying water on the shed, the optimum temperature was 17℃～22℃ of Antler-shape Ganoderma lucidum cultivated with JUNCAO. Concentration of CO2 needed to be as high as possible. Mycelia of antler-shape Ganoderma lucidum which were full of the bag need 51 d. The period of primordia formation need 9 d. The first flush of fruitbody need 26 d after which mycelia need 10 d to rehabilitate. The second flush of fruitbody need 32 d. The average length of antler-shape Ganoderma lucidum was 31 cm. The weight of per dry fruitbody was 19 g. The dry fruitbody yield of per bag was 86 g.
