【摘要】 从灵芝(Ganoderma lucidum)子实体中分离纯化得到中性三萜部分,经HPLC检测发现主要有8个峰,与灵芝三萜酸性部分的峰基本不重叠。灵芝中性三萜部分对多种肿瘤细胞的增殖有抑制作用,并观察到可诱导肠癌SW620细胞凋亡。

【Abstract】 A neutral triterpene fraction (NTF) isolated from Ganoderma lucidum fruit bodies was shown by HPLC to consist of eight major components which differed from the constituents in an acidic triterpenoid fraction (ATF). The NTF inhibited the proliferation of several tumor cell lines and induced apoptotic bodies in SW620 tumor cells.
