【中文摘要】 试验结果表明 ,接种前接入 86 4菌株 ,秀珍菇产量、氨基酸总量、支链氨基酸、儿童氨基酸、鲜味氨基酸、甜味氨基酸和谷氨酸含量分别比对照提高 13.71%、11.76 %、 10 .13%、13.70 %、31.0 2 %、6 .6 7%和 4 4.6 6 %。

【英文摘要】 The experimental results showed that the yield and the content of total amino acid,side chain amino acid, children's amino acid, delicious amino acid, sweet amino acid and glutamic acid of Pleurotus geesteranus fruitbodies cultured with the compost inoculated with strain 864 before spawning were 13.71%,11.76%,10.13%, 13.70%, 31.02%,6.67% and 44.66% higher than that of the CK.
