【中文摘要】 按照国家保健食品审批标准,对灵芝组方后提取有效部份,进行保肝实验。研究结果表明,以0.67、2.00、6.00g/kgBW剂量的灵芝益甘粉灌胃给予小鼠30d,并以四氯化碳造成急性肝损伤模型,灵芝益甘粉0.67、6.00g/kgBW剂量组的AST,6.00g/kgBW剂量组肝细胞坏死病变程度均低于模型对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。灵芝益甘粉对化学性损伤有保护功能。

【英文摘要】 According to the examination and approval standard of the SFDA,to extract the effective part of filling a prescription,and take the test of protect the liver.At the doses of 0.67g/KgBW,2.00g/KgBW,and 6.00g/KgBW,YiGan Powder consisting of Ganoderma Lucidum was administered into the stomach of murine models with CCl4-induced acute liver damage for 30 days.The serum AST in mice with0.67g/KgBW and 6.00g/KgBW of YiGan Powder and the degree of hepatocytic necrosis in mice with 6.00g/KgBW of YiGan Powder were significantly lower than that in mouse models with liver damage but without YiGan Powder administration respectively(P<0.05).
