【中文摘要】 Treatment of S-180 tumor-bearing mice with polysaccharide extracted from Pholiota adiposa mycelium resulted in lower tumor weights, increased carbon particle clearance and phagocytic indices, and significantly higher serum levels of TNF-α and IL-2, compared with untreated controls. Our data suggest that the anti-tumor activity of P. adiposa polysaccharide is related to immuno-enhancing activity.
