毛木耳原生质体制备与再生条件的研究

【摘要】 通过对毛木耳原生质体制备与再生条件的系统研究,确定了原生质体制备的最佳出发菌龄、融壁酶浓度、酶解温度及酶解时间、渗透压稳定剂种类、浓度及最佳再生培养基配方。

【Abstract】 The preparation conditions of Auricularia polytricha protoplasts were studied by the type of liquid cultural medium,age of mycelium,type and concentration of lywallzyme,temperature and time of enzymolysis,type and concentration of osmotic stabilizer and regeneration medium.
