【中文摘要】 以松针、草糠、麦粒和麸皮为主料、添加营养元素进行多组配比,再接种干巴菌菌种培养,根据培养特征找出最佳的配比培养基,用于半人工栽培实验。根据实验结果,选出了松针麦粒培养基为二级培养基,松针麸皮培养基为菌包培养基,并得出pH5.8、料:水比为1:1.5最适于干巴菌菌丝生长。

【英文摘要】 In order to find the best culture medium and the most suitable conditions for cultivating Thelephora ganbajun Zang,semi-artificial cultivating experiment has been carried out and it`s the main ingredients of culture medium with some other nutrient elements are pine needle,hay chaff,wheat seed and bran.The results of the experiment are as follows: ①the ingredients of pine needle and wheat seed are used as the further culture medium,and the ingredients of pine needle and wheat bran as the mycelium-packing culture medium;②the most suitable culture conditions for mycelium cultivation is pH5.8 and the proportion of the ingredients to water is 1:1.5.
