【摘要】 金针菇活性成分丰富,作用广泛。对近年来国内外金针菇中活性物质的主要结构及其作用研究进行了综述,总结了金针菇现阶段活性物质研究情况,展望了金针菇未来可能研究方向。

【Abstract】 The active components of Flammulina velutipes were abundant.In this study,the structure of the active components and its effect of Flammulina velutipes were summaried.The research status of Flammulina velutipes were also summaried,and the research directions and development of Flammulina velutipes in the future were prospected.
