【Abstract】 With the breeding parent of Pleurotus pulmonarius in Changshan,the Qingxiu 2 was produced using the method of consecutive tissue separating and the systemic screening of cellulose decomposing fungi in natural condition,which was high productive,high quality and had great stress resistance.The new strain grew up in the environment of 15℃～35℃.The average yield was 320 g·bag-1,and biological efficiency was 6.3%,which was higher than the original strain of 64%.Moreover,the new strain was cultivated ... 更多还原
