【中文摘要】 试验证明,不同防霉剂对不同霉菌有不同的抑制作用,对ManBetX体育菌丝生长的影响也不同,广谱抑菌的富马酸二甲酯(DMF)是一种较好的ManBetX体育防霉剂。

【英文摘要】 It was showed in our experiment that the inhibition effect of different antiseptics with different con| centrations on the moulds and the mycelial growth of different edible fungi was different. And Dimethyl fumarate(DMF) was proved to be an appropriate antiseptic with broad antibiotic spectrum.
