【中文摘要】 4个草菇菌株Vc、Vf、Ptp、Hs的比较试验结果表明,在稻草培养基上Ptp菌株的菌丝生长速度与其余3个菌株之间的差异极显著;床栽中各菌株产量与总生物学效率的高低顺序依次为Vc、Vf、Ptp、Hs、Vf,其中Vf、Ptp为生产适应性较好的品种,Vc、Hs对优良环境有特殊的适应性;4个菌株中,以Vc和Ptp的性状表现较为理想。

【英文摘要】 The comparative test of 4 strains (Vc、 Vf、Ptp、Hs) of Volvariella volvacea showed that the myceli-um growth rate of Ptp differed most significantly from other 3 strains on straw medium. The yield and total biologi-cal efficiency order of 4 strains from high to low were Vc、Ptp、Hs、 Vf in bed cultivation. The better productive adaptable strains were Vf and Ptp, while the specific adaptable strains to good environment were Vc and Hs. And the character expression of Vc and Ptp was more satisfactory among 4 strains.
