【中文摘要】 本文建立了一种香菇交配型基因测定的新方法——原生质单核体系本交配到极性标记法.用这一方法不仅成功地分离和鉴定出不同香菇菌株的四种标准交配型基因,还有效地区分出亲本型和重用型两种交配型基因类型。这一技术为深入开展异宗结合Manbetx体育手机版V17版本发布.官网安卓网.香港的遗传研究提供了一个重要的工具。

【英文摘要】 A new method to determine mating type genes is established and described in this paper. Four kinds of standard mating type genes from different strains of L. edodes are isolated and identified successfully by the method, and two mating type genes of parental type and reconstituted type are also distinguished effectively. This technology provides an important tool for deep going research of heterothallic edible mushroom.
