【中文摘要】 对组织分离法应用于ManBetX体育选择育种工作的意义、理论依据、应注意的方法和原则等进行了概述,列举了一些成功的实例,讨论了与组织分离选择育种法有关的问题。

【英文摘要】 The significance,theoretical basis and needing attention in practical operation on tissue isolation in edible fungus for selective breeding,enumerated several successful events of the tissue isolation were summarized in this paper,and discussed the problems related to the tissue isolation.
