【中文摘要】 通过对9种平菇菌种培养因子和加硒培养的研究,结果表明9种不同的平菇菌种在含硒量为6mg/L的PDA中均能正常生长,平菇菌种P13生长速度和状况最好。正交试验结果表明,菌种P13在pH值为7、硒浓度为7.5mg/L、PDA液体培养基中菌丝富硒量达371.1μg/g。

【英文摘要】 Cultivating factors and cultivating adding selenium were studied through 9 strains of Pleurotus ostreatus.The results showed that 9 different strains of Pleurotus ostreatus all grew normally in PDA of the content of selenium 6mg/L.The growth rate and state of P13 was the best.The orthogonal test showed that pH of P13 was 7,the density of selerium was 7.5mg/L,the content of selenium-rich of hypha reached 371.1μg/g in liquid culture of PDA.
