【英文摘要】 The biological characteristics,cultivation and submerged fermentation of Tricholoma matsutake were expounded in detail.While peroxid enzyme and ester isozyme,protoplast,gene engineering and DNA polymorphisms were discussed in application and development trends of the study of Tricholoma matsutake.
