【中文摘要】 本研究通过三因素三水平的正交试验表明 ,在培养基中添加VB1(2× 10 -6) ,N P K (0 1% ) ,NAA(10× 10 -6) ,最适合秀珍菇菌丝的生长

【英文摘要】 This experiment based on the plate culture.NAA,complex fertilizer and vitamin B_1 were added into the culture medium.The orthogonal experiments were done with three factors and three levels.It was observed that formulation was fit for the growth of Pleurotus geesteranus hyphae.The results showed that NAA(10×10-6),Vitamin B_1(2×10-6) and complex fertilizer(0.1%)suited to the growth of Pleurotus geesteranus hyphae.
