【中文摘要】 本文探讨了沼生花褶伞担孢子萌发的条件 ,结果表明 :其担孢子在水中即可萌发 ,但在含有粪草提取液的培养基上的萌发率更高 ;适宜的萌发温度为 30～32℃ ;另外还需要较高的培养基湿度。

【英文摘要】 Germinating conditions of basidiospore of Palaeolus paludosus have been studied in this paper.The results showed that the basidiospores can germinate just in pure water without any outside nutriment,but can germinate better on the substrate which contains the extraction of compost;The suitable germinating temperature is 30～32℃ and high humidity of substrate is also necessary for the germination.
