【中文摘要】 本文报导了用于制作双孢蘑菇颗粒菌种的几种新材料。研究表明：荞麦是替代小麦的好材料，养麦菌种的质量与小麦菌种无差别，其成本比小麦种降低１５％左右。木粒屑、高梁籽也有可能替代小麦，成为制作双孢蘑菇菌种的新材料。

【英文摘要】 Several new material of mycelia of Agaricus bisporus Peck were,eported in this paper,the results are as follows:Buckwheat is a good material of mycelia of A. bisporus that substitute for wheat. The quality of myceliais not difference between buckwheat and wheat, but the cost of buckwheat mycelia can reduce 15%less thanwheat's. It's possible too that the bits of wood and sorghum substitute for wheat.
