【英文摘要】 Many European truffles,including Tuber melanosporum,T.magnatum,T.uncinatum,T.aestivum and T.brumale,are valuable ectomycorrhizal edible fungi.It is difficult to artificially cultivate truffles as they are symbiotic to suitable tree species.Techniques to produce ascocarps in truffle orchards has been developed in France through inoculation programme in the nursery and outplanting truffle mycorrhizal seedlings of suitable host plants,such as oaks(Quercus pubescens)?or hazels (Corylus avellana).Current research advances and technology for truffle cultivation is summarised and described in this paper.
