【摘要】 以ManBetX体育常规栽培种类金针菇、鸡腿菇、平菇、香菇为试验材料,采用先固定后保存及固定、保存同步的方法制作浸制标本,比较保存效果。结果表明,浅色子实体金针菇、鸡腿菇、平菇宜采用固定、保存同步的方法,适宜的保存液配方为金针菇:甲醛10 mL、50%酒精85 mL、冰醋酸5 mL;鸡腿菇:甲醛4.5 mL、70%酒精91 mL、冰醋酸4.5 mL;平菇:甲醛10 mL、冰醋酸5 mL、10%CaCl2水溶液10 mL,蒸馏水75 mL。深色子实体香菇宜采用先固定后保存的方法,其固定液配方为甲醛2.5 mL、95%酒精15 mL,蒸馏水82.5 mL;保存液配方为甲醛10 mL、冰醋酸5mL、10%CaCl2水溶液10 mL,蒸馏水75 mL。
