【中文摘要】 通过二年糙皮侧耳菌株比较试验,玉米粉添加量试验、培养料含水量试验及菌种试验,得出如下结论:麦草生料栽培糙皮侧耳的适宜菌株是SN1和CCEF89;培养料中玉米粉的最佳添加量是15％;培养料的适宜含水量是70％;宜采用麦粒菌种,菌龄以发菌到瓶底后再培养3d为宜,播种量是培养料干重的10％。

【英文摘要】 Strain comparison test, corn meal dosage test, compost water content test and spawn test of Pleurotus ostreatus were conducted in 2 years to get the result that the strain suitable for raw wheat straw compost cutivation was SNl and CCEF89, the optimum additive rate of corn meal was 15%, the optimun compost water content was 70%, the optimum inoculation rate was 10 % dry compost weight and wheat grain spawn 3d after the hyphae extending to the bottom of the bottle was the optimum spawn.
