远志芯作为食用菌栽培主原料的可行性研究Feasible Research of Thinleaf milkwort root-core Used as the Main Raw Materials in Cultivation of Edible Fungi

【摘要】 针对食用菌栽培主要原材料价格飞涨、供应不足的矛盾,开展利用地方大宗中药种植业副产物"远志芯"作为主要原材料栽培食用菌的可行性研究。研究结果显示,远志芯以50%的比例与少量棉籽壳组合进行平菇栽培,与传统配方比较,在栽培周期、产量等方面均有所提升,可使生产成本降低40%,且产品品质优于传统配方产品。

【Abstract】 As a countermeasure to the expensive and rare status of edible fungi cultivation on main raw materials,the feasible research of thinleaf milkwort root-core used as the main raw materials in cultivation had been completed.The results showed that when thinleaf milkwort root-core was used in cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus at the proportion of 50%,the cultivation period,production and quality would be improved,while 40% costs were reduced.
