【中文摘要】 对 5个野生鸡【子实体进行组织分离 ,以 4种不同的母种培养基及 4种不同的原种培养基培养。实验结果表明 ,5个不同的菌种在母种斜面培养基上形成 5种不同的菌落 ;同一菌种在 4种不同的母种培养基上菌落形态及生长速度均无明显差异 ;5个菌种在 4种不同的原种培养基上均能生长 ,但生长速度缓慢 ,差异不显著

【英文摘要】 Five wild species of Termitomyces were collected in the mountain areas of Shuicheng County, Guizhou Province in 1998. The tissue isolates of their fruitbodies were cultivated with 4 different kinds of mother culture media and 4 different kinds of primary spawn media. The results showed that 5 distinct kinds of colonies were formed on the slant of mother culture media by 5 species of Termitomyces, that no significant differences were found in colonial morphology and mycelial growth rate for the same species cultured on 4 different kinds of mother culture media, and that 5 Termitomyces species could all grow on 4 different kinds of primary spawn media, but the mycelia grew slowly with no significant difference between mycelial growth rate.
