【中文摘要】 经试验筛选出金针菇品种卢菌５号。该品种质优高产。在气候寒冷的大兴安岭林区适于瓶栽。用桦木锯末作主料代替谷壳栽培，成本低廉，其生物转化率可达７１％，生长周期为５０ｄ（天）。

【英文摘要】 One strain of Flammulina velutipes Lujun No.5 was selected through the experiments. Lujun No.5 has a good quality and high product. The climate in the region is cold. It is suited to the cold condition to culture Flammulina velutipes by bottles in doors. There are a abundant of birch sawdusts in the forestry region, so the birch sawdusts as main culture material are used instead of husk of rice, which can reduce the cost, and the biological transformation rate can reach 71%, the period of growth is 50d.
