【中文摘要】 本文报导了用于双孢蘑菇菌种制种基质材料的研究。结果证明：平菇生产下脚料是替代棉籽壳制作蘑菇菌种的好材料，其菌种质量与棉籽壳菌种无差别，大大地降低了体育版本发布成本。

【英文摘要】 In this paper the medium material of spawn production of Agaricus bisporus research was reported.The results showed:production waste of Pleurotus is a good material of mycelia of Agaricus bisporus to substitute for cottonseed hull.The quality of mycelia is not different from the mycelia made by cottonseed hull.The cost of spawn production with production waste of Pleurotus is lower than that of cottonseed hull.
