【中文摘要】 乳白毛木耳AupA子实体乳白色,担孢子瞄肠形至肾形,15.25×5μm,菌丝生长温度15～33℃,适温24～30℃,pH范围5～6.5,蔗渣基质最适含水量68.8％,适宜菌龄50～60d,是一个活力强、适应性广的优良菌株。

【英文摘要】 The fruitbody colour of Auricularia polytricha AupA is milky - white. Its basidiospore is sausage shaped or kidney shaped, 15. 25 x 5μm in size. It was concluded in our test that the growth temperature for mycelia was 15 -33℃ and the optimum growth temperature for mycelia was 24 - 30℃, that the proper pH was 5 - 6. 5, and that the optimum water content for sugarcane residue media was 68.8 % , while the optimum mycelium age was 50-60d. So AupA is a kind of vigorous and widely adaptable excellent strain for commercial cultivation.
