【中文摘要】 采用改良酚红(PSP)含量测定法,分别以正常、新新的明负荷、肾上腺素负荷小鼠为实验研究模型,探索白灵菇对小鼠胃排空的影响。结果表明：白灵菇提取液(5．00 g．kg-1)1次性ig给药可显著抑制正常小鼠的胃排空(P＜0．01)；对肾上腺素负荷小鼠引起的胃排空抑制没有明显的促进作用(P＞0．05)；对新斯的明负荷小鼠引起的胃排空亢进也没有明显的拮抗作用(P＞0．05)。

【英文摘要】 Applying the reformatory content mensuration of PSP and taking the rats with healthy and neostigmine-treated and adrenaline-treated as research model to explore the effects of Pleurotus nebrodensis on the rats'Gastric Emptying Function(GEF).The results indicate that ig liquid at a single dose extracted from Pleurotus ncbrodensis(5.00 g.kg-1)can remarkably restrain the healthy rats'GEF(P＜0.01)and that there ia no obvious effects on the rats with adrenaline(P＞0.05)and that the liquid shows no noticeable control of gastric emptying hyper-function of the rats with neosfigmine(P＞0.05).
