【摘要】 在传统分类的基础上结合分子系统学方法对我国猴头菌属真菌进行分类学研究,结果表明,我国猴头菌属分3个种,即猴头菌（Hericium erinaceus）、珊瑚状猴头菌（H.coralloides）和冷杉猴头菌（H.abietis）。ITS序列聚类分析获得18份材料,遗传相似系数范围为0.0180.453,冷杉猴头菌与猴头菌的亲缘关系较近,而与珊瑚状猴头菌的亲缘关系较远。

【Abstract】 Combine the traditional morphological classification with the molecular systematic methods to study the classification of Hericium in China,the results showed that it could divided into three kinds,such as Hericium erinaceus,H.coralloides and H.abietis.The ITS sequence cluster analysis for 18 materials of genetic similarity coefficient ranged from 0.018 to 0.453,that H.abietis and H.erinaceus of genetic relationship was more closer than H.coralloides.
