【摘要】 采用PCR直接测序法,对供试菌株朝鲜桑黄(Phellinus linteus)、韩国桑黄(Phellinus linteus)、中国桑黄(Phellinus baumii)、中国桑黄火木针层孔菌(Phellinus igniarius)和斜生褐孔菌(Phaeoponus obliquus)的rDNA ITS区域进行了PCR扩增、测序及BLAST分析比对后,认为中国的药用真菌鲍氏针层孔菌(桑黄)与朝鲜桑黄、韩国桑黄是同一物种,即鲍氏针层孔菌(桑黄)(Phellinus baumii),而火木针层孔菌(Phellinus igniarius)是另一种桑黄。

【Abstract】 The rDNA ITS sequences from Phellinus linteus(North Korea),Phellinus linteus(South Korea),Phellinus baumii,Phellinus igniarius and Phaeoponus obliquus were amplified with PCR method and direct sequenced.After the phylogenetic analysis of these sequences with BLAST tools,the results showed that Phellinus baumii(China),Phellinus linteus(North Ko-rea),Phellinus linteus(South Korea) were the same species and should be classified into Phellinus baumii,but Phellinus ig-niarius was the different specie...
