【摘要】 研究了尖顶Manbetx体育手机版推荐A9版本胞外多糖提取物对黑腹果蝇寿命的影响。结果表明,尖顶Manbetx体育手机版推荐A9版本胞外多糖提取物可明显延长果蝇的寿命。浓度为0.2g·L-1的尖顶Manbetx体育手机版推荐A9版本多糖提取物可使雌雄果蝇的平均寿命分别延长22.18%和30.27%;使雌雄果蝇的半数死亡时间分别延长20.55%和32.35%;使雌雄果蝇的最高寿命分别延长20.39%和31.52%。尖顶Manbetx体育手机版推荐A9版本胞外多糖提取物对果蝇寿命的影响存在着性别差异,对雄性果蝇的延寿效果优于对雌性果蝇。
【Abstract】 The influence of exopolysaccharide extract of Morchella conica on the longevity of fruit fly was reported in this paper. The results showed that the exopolysaccharide extract of Morchella conica could obviously lengthen life-span of fruit fly. Relative to the controls, when the fruit flies were fed by the exopolysaccharide extract of Morchella conica in the concentration of 0.2 g·L-1, the percentages increased 22.18% (female) and 30.27% (male) in the fruit flies’ averages of life-span. The percentages of life prolong were 20.55% (female) and 32.35% (male) in the fruit flies’ half death time and were 20.39% (female) and 31.52% (male) in the fruit flies’ maximum life-span compared with the controls. Moreover, the exopolysaccharide extract from Morchella conica had gender differences on the longevity of fruit fly, and it expressed a superior effect on the male fruit fly.
