【中文摘要】 以菌丝体生物量为指标,研究了2,4-D、IBA、NAA3种植物生长调节剂对鸡腿菇JM-08发酵过程中菌丝体生长的影响。结果表明3种植物生长调节剂均能使鸡腿菇JM-08菌丝体生物量不同程度地提高,并确定了它们的最佳作用浓度。其中NAA的促进作用最明显,使菌丝体生物量比对照提高了53.7%。

【英文摘要】 The effect of three kind of phytohormone to Coprinus comatus in mycelia yield in fermentation were studied,which were 2,4-D,IBA and IAA.The result indicated that the three kind of phytohormone could cause mycelia yield to enhance in different degrees.And the optimum concentrations of them were ascertained.The promotional effect of NAA was the best which could enhance mycelia yield 53.7% contrast to blank.
