【中文摘要】 采用TTC法测定亮菌的生物量,通过对亮菌菌丝体和菌质体的测定,研究发现TTC脱氢酶的活性与菌体生物量间成线性关系,可以通过计算脱氢酶的活性来测定亮菌的生物量。平菇和香菇2种真菌的验证性实验结果也证明了这一点。结论：TTC法适用亮菌的生物量测定。

【英文摘要】 We adopt the method of TTC to measure biomass of Annillariella tabescen.After the experiment,we found out the activity of TTC-dehydrognase has a lineafity relationship with the thalli biomass of Armillariella tabescen.We can measure the biomass of Armillariella tabescen by calculate the activity of TTC-dehydrognase.The biomass of thalli was also measured from Pleurotus sapidus and Lentinus edodes,the results prove the method is suitable.Conclusion:The method of TrC ean be used to measure the biomass of Armillariella tabescen.
