【中文摘要】 DNA是最重要的遗传物质 ,因此 ,DNA的提取方法和技术是生物化学及分子生物学最基本的技术 ,也是生物工程最常用的技术。为了得到足够纯的Manbetx体育手机版推荐A9版本DNA进行基因和遗传操作 ,已经报导了各种各样的提取DNA的方法 ,但是都比较复杂。本论文通过对多种提取方法对多种Manbetx体育手机版推荐A9版本的研究 ,得出一种操作简单 ,不需要昂贵仪器设备 ,用时短 ,产品纯度高 ,即适合大规模生产 ,又能体现Manbetx体育手机版推荐A9版本生物学特性的Manbetx体育手机版推荐A9版本DNA提取技术

【英文摘要】 DNA is the most important genetic material.So the method and technique of DNA extracting is the basic method for biochemistry,molecular biology and recombinant DNA technology.In order to get enough pure edible fungi DNA samples from different living things for recombinant DNA and genetic management,many methods of DNA extraction have been reported.But these method all are very complex.So a new method of DNA preparation is reported in this paper.This method is got from researches of many extracting ways with kinds of edibles fungi.This method is much simpler,spends very short time,it can be used to prepare DNA product in large scale and it can embody wonderfully the biological nature of edible fungi.
