【中文摘要】 本文报道了利用棉籽壳、木屑、麸皮为主料，不经湿热灭菌而栽培香菇的方法。提出培养料经55℃以上7天发酵，翻堆两次，装袋接种培菌。最佳培菌气温恒定于12℃以下，无光低温。试验结果，生料与熟料产量接近。

【英文摘要】 The technic is reported in the article that shiitake was cultivated with nonsterilized raw materials. The main materials for substrates are cotton seed hull, saw dust, wheat bran. It is also said that the best way was the materials fermented in seven days, twice turnning, and the temperature of the materials above 55℃, and in a plastic bag cultivation way. Pay attention to that seed - cultivating must be put in a out - ray and low temperatare way. The havest of yield was near to sterilized raw materials cultivation. The best period of nonsterilized raw materials cultivating is the temperatare below 12℃.
