【中文摘要】 本文在分析麦草栽培平菇低产原因的基础上,经过四年的系统研究,以调整麦草C/N比值为核心,选出最佳配方和袋栽套环工艺以及优良苗株配合,能显著提高平菇产量,生物学效率可达100％以上。

【英文摘要】 On the basis of the analysis of the low-yield causes of Pleurotus Ostreatus cultured on wheat straw, this paper dealing with the result of the four-year systematic studies shows that the yield of Pleurotus ostreatus can be remarkably raised and over 100% of the biological efficiency can be obtained by the optimum formula achieved with the adjustment of C/N ration of the wheat straw, technology of loop-ringed bag-culture and the combanation with good strains.
