【中文摘要】 新选育的灵芝菌株G9109属早熟型品种。该菌株在6～36℃温度范围内菌丝均能生长但菌丝生长适温为18～32℃,最适温度为26℃。在木屑培养基上,菌丝粗壮、洁白、整齐,爬壁能力强满瓶天数为20～21d。与其它灵芝菌株相比,短原木熟料栽培的G9109具有适应性强,出菇早,朵型大菌褶金黄色等优点,是高产优质菌株。

【英文摘要】 It was proved that the newly selected strain G9109 belonged to the early - maturing strain, and that its mycelia could grow between 6-36℃, the suitable temperature for its mycelial growth was 18 - 32℃ and the optimum temperature was 26℃ . Its mycelia are robust , even, pure white with strong vigour on the sawdust compost. It lakes only 20-21d for its mycelia to fill the culture-bottle. Compared with other G.lucidum strains, this newly selected strain cultivated on steam - treated short - logs is a kind of top quality, high yield strain with the characteristics of strong suitability, earlv maturing and large fruitbody with golden lamellae.
