【摘要】 采用浸渍山药饲喂法测定了46株苏云金芽孢杆菌菌株对厉眼蕈蚊的活性。初步筛选结果表明,部分菌株对厉眼蕈蚊7日8日龄幼虫具有一定的活性,其中BRC-LLP29和IPS82毒力相对较高,处理后48 h幼虫校正死亡率可达87.93%和70.21%。复筛得出二者的LC50（96 h）分别为1.182×108 cfu.mL-1和1.977×108 cfu.mL-1。

【Abstract】 Bioassay of 46 strains of Bacillus thuringiensis to Lycoriella sp.had been carried out in this study.The results of preliminary screening indicated that larvae aged 7 d8 d of Lycoriella sp.were sensitive to some strains,and the virulence of BRC-LLP29 and IPS82 strains was relatively high.The corrected mortality was 87.93% and 70.21%,respectively.The concentration-mortality tests of the two strains showed BRC-LLP29 was better than IPS82 and their LC50 was 1.182×108 cfu·mL-1 and 1.977×1...
