【中文摘要】 根据国内菇房条件,研究蘑菇在自然气温和加温条件相结合的方式下进行周年性栽培。结果表明:U3和5414蘑菇菌株分别适宜秋茬和冬茬栽培,单产高、菇质好;堆制培养料需要采取预湿、预堆、料内开洞通气的高温快速发酵技术;冬季栽培蘑菇宜采用发酵土和细泥砻糠两种覆土材料,菌丝爬土快,单产高。

【英文摘要】 According to the condition of the cultivation house of Agaricus bisporus in china, studies anniversary cultivation techniques for Agaricus bisporus under the nature temperature and the heating condi- tion. The results indicated:1, The U_3 and 5414 strains of Agaricus bisporus are separately suitable autumn and winter to cultivate, with advantages of high yield, good quality; 2, Good compost (cultivate 111 square meter) that total dry material is 3800 kilogram, and total organic matter is 3665 kilogram; compost must adopt ferment technical that is high temperature and quick, before the compostimg, rice straw need to ab- sorbed water enogh, pail up the manure; during the compost, opening holes in the compost in order to arise air; 3, In winter clutivation, adopt ferment casing and husk-fine soil casing, indicated that mycelia clamb casing quickly and receive higher yield.
